In the new year, we decided that it was important for us to get back on track with eating healthy, delicious meals around the dinner table. Each week, I’ve been sharing what we’re cooking to help keep us on track.
So, what’s for dinner this week?
Monday // Orange Chicken by Crafty Morning
This recipe is embarrassingly easy, but is literally my favorite dinner ever. I could eat this every night and be stupidly happy. We serve it over rice and add green beans or broccoli on the side!
Tuesday // Spaghetti with garlic bread
Inexpensive, everyone’s happy, super fast, kids can make it. Is there a more perfect meal?
Wednesday // Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, corn, cream of mushroom gravy
The recipe I use is actually one handed down from my momma and this was my “birthday meal” growing up. We don’t have it too often, but it’s definitely a comfort meal and the kids like that it’s something I loved as a kid.
Thursday // Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup
This is a new recipe for us, but it looks delish! We’re excited to try it out this week… especially because it looks like a chilly week!
Friday // Pizza Party Movie Night (thanks for the new name, Andy!)
