This is some of the everyday-ness of my journey.
I believe the Kingdom of God comes through loving God and loving others. Everyday I try to be faithful to that. Some days are good. Some days are not. Either way, God offers new mercies every morning, and for that I am so thankful.
A little about me:
I’m the momma of four elementary and middle-school aged children. Loving and raising these kiddos is a significant part of how God is helping me learn how to love like He loves.
I work full-time in a local church, and I love it. The local church is beautiful and messy and I feel so thankful that I get to spend my days pastoring, strategizing, and developing teams.
At night after the kids are tucked into their beds, I write about books because I love to read and believe that readers (and writers) change the world.
One of my greatest joys is connecting someone with just the right resource at just the right time- whether that be a book, a movie, a website, or a person.
If not reading or parenting, I enjoy learning about different parts of the world, eating ice cream, running, and collecting and organizing information. It’s weird and nerdy. I’m okay with that :).
Thanks for stopping by. Please take a book recommendation for the road!
